Commentarius Meus 3 - Vjeruj Umu, Upoznaj Tijelo (?)

I've been troubled lately with the ideas about the relation between the often opposing mind and body. My consensus, even though probably aligned with more thinkers, is that the perceptible physical world – call it reality – forms the borders of our convinced freedom of mind. Think about how physical activity downs the rate and intensity of the chaos of thought. This sequence of thinking or conviction leads to the conclusion that to achieve full freedom of mind (spirit) we need to get rid of the physical reality that otherwise binds it to limits.
